Bought a car from Simon, had a few problems that needed fixing before I could take it away, there was no spare key, air con needed re gassing, language in the car needed changing back to English and the plastic on one of the seats needed to be re-attached. I explained that I needed it ASAP, I bought the car on the Sunday and they got everything Listed above fixed including a service done for me the very next day and I had collected the car by 4pm this is including them travelling to peterborough to get me a new spare key. Excellent service by Simon, would definitely recommend and I will definitely buy there again.

Bought a car in November which immediately developed a adblue fault. Not an easy fix but Pilgrim’s staff did all that was necessary to correct the fault. Everyone made an exemplary effort.

Arranged a deal over the phone with Gary Robinson who also agreed a very good trade in price for my car after I sent pictures of my car. I was a little worried when I travelled up from London that they would find something wrong with my 7 year old car and knock me down on the price but they where good to there word despite finding damage to my wing mirror that I forgot to mention in advance. The transaction was all very chilled yet professional and efficient. Gary even including free car tax when I mentioned that the fuel in the car I was buying was low.
I bought the car over a month ago but that has given me the time to conclude that this was an excellent value car bought from the very best dealer around and it was a pleasure meeting and doing business with you Gary. Thanks again John Allen
